My puppy that I just got two days ago was barfing a white liquidy color and she also had white liquidy diarrhea. The problem is she was not vaccinated. We got her to the vet and they gave her a parvo test. It turned out to be positive so we got her a lot of medicines that the veterinarian asked for and we left her there. The veterinarian gave her about 4 of those IV liquids and now she is left alone in the vet office because the vet has closed. Could she have died now?

They normally have someone who goes in to check on the dogs to make sure they are fine. If the dog needs more medication late at night they make sure the dog gets what it needs. This is sad that you adopted a puppy that was so sick. I think the puppy is in good hands and vets need to deal with parvo on a daily basis.
Your Vet would have let you know if your puppy had died. It is normal for animals to stay a day or 2 (or 3 or 4) at the Vet with parvo. They will call you when they reopen with an update. If they dont call you, call them. You should be able to call and arrange to go visit your puppy when the office is open. You did the right thing in getting your puppy to the Vet right away.
Your dog is getting the best of care. Call the vet as soon as the office opens.
Post back with an update! Prayers for healing!
Most vets have someone onsite 24 hours when they have animals in the "hospital" part. I would hope yours had the same staffing.
You did the right thing getting the pup in ASAP!!
