I am here to get information. We found out that our puppy has parvo. She's been in the care of a veterinarian and it has been helping her a lot. On 01-29-18 is when the diarrhea came and it smelled really bad and now it's 02-07-18. Can anyone tell me if that means she's getting better? There are times when she eats and then other days that she doesn't. So we give her Pedialyte and Pediasure. When she walks she does fall because she's super weak.

Parvo can last for several weeks, and the dog will be tired. As long as she is drinking, that's good. Make sure she has no diarrhea and vomiting.
She eats food but hardly even drink so we give her water with a hand feeding syringe
This is a long process and depending on what meds she is still on will help determine how long she will be sick. I had 2 dogs with Parvo and it was different for each dog. One thing I did learn is that the dog with more body weight on them did a bit better than the one with less body weight. They will lose quite a bit of weight with this illness and it sounds like you caught it just in time.
