I've been waking up with my puppy every night at certain hours of the night and giving him electrolytes and water. Today is day 6 of parvo for him and he's getting slightly better, but I'm just wondering when you think he'll be okay to drink by himself at night and me not having to wake up and do it for him through a syringe?

When a dog gets parvo it all depends on the animal and how long the animal takes to heal. Some dogs take longer than others but normally this can last anywhere from 7 to 30 days. The dog can recover but is still healing. Your vet can give you the necessary medications to heal the dog but it is up to the dog to heal in their own time.
I am glad your pup is beginning to improve, and good for you for working so hard with him. It is what makes the difference when it comes to parvo.
You have to give your fur baby as long as it takes! Puppies can not take care of themselves when they are sick. It takes time. In return your puppy will get better from your great attention and love that you are giving ! Hang in there, keep up the good work !
