I got a 2 month old Golden Retriever, it was quite playful and active, but all of a sudden on Saturday at 5 pm he was not eating anything. We got him to sleep, the next morning when we woke up we saw bloody diarrhea all over as well as vomit, and he had gotten worse. On Sunday at 9am we took him to the vet, he was given some antibiotics and was sent home. Once we got home we stayed awake the whole night, he woke up himself to drink water and also walked to his spot to urinate and remove stool. On Monday at 9 am we rushed to the vet and got him admitted they said he has a 50-50 chance, but when we called them again at 12:30 pm to confirm how he is doing, and they said he hasn't vomited or had diarrhea, so is it good news or is it too early to predict?

That is great news, and this takes time, he is a puppy. Take all advice of the Vet and your fur baby will get better in time.
It is too early to predict. But less vomiting and diarrhea are good signs. Being at the Vet is a real advantage. They can do things you cant do at home.
Normally this is a good sign and the vet is watching him and keeping him hydrated. Normally in this condition it could take up to 7 days before he can come home. I had one dog admitted to the vet and he was there 9 days before I took him home. They gave me the same chances but it seems that the bigger dogs have a bit more body weight than the smaller ones and they do recover but it is very hard on them.
