Each dog is different. If can take several weeks.

Just saw this...how is the pup????

Sending up prayers. Pups are like people. Recover can be slow or quick. The trick is to get the best care possible from a vet and follow the vet instructions to the letter!!

Hi,

The recovery period is 1 - 6 weeks. Usually the 4th week will be the worst. If you can keep him hydrated he will make it.
