The completed vintage framed magazines. This is another idea I came up with to use some of my vintage magazines. I was born in 1957 and all of these magazines are, month by month, from the year I was born. I had to "think out of the frame" to decide what to do with them and since I had a large picture frame, I decided to display them in it.

Supplies:

picture frame
vintage magazines
foam poster board for back or thin wood
thumbtacks
staples and staple gun

Steps:

Cut the foam poster board to fit the back of the picture frame. Luckily, I had a piece on hand (black) which accents the magazines nicely. Attach poster board with staples to secure it in place.

Layout the vintage magazines in a nice arrangement and thumb tack each one in place.

Fun keepsake to display.
