Yes. Since you cooked it it can be frozen again.

Yes, just make sure it cools down before you wrap it and pop it in the freezer

I never do it, but it is OK to (safe, just to me icky). I think it tastes bad when it is defrosted the second time.

My thoughts:
It is safe if fully cooked, cooled down completely (safely), and wrapped well before freezing.
I would recommend dating the package and use in a short period of time.

I also believe most foods will lose some of their flavor over time or many times pick up another flavor that did not seem present when first cooked.
