It is not recommended to refreeze. I cut a pie into slices, and wrap each individually and then freeze. I then take out what I need. I do this with cake, too.
It can be refrozen, but the quality will not be like fresh. Pumpkin pie tends to separate and the crust gets gummy. Personally, I would not do it for these reasons.
Refreezing typically is not a great idea.
I am sorry but it should be eaten and not frozen again. This is a very bad idea and I would not recommend you do this.
Since it has been thawed,refreezing will make it poor quality for eating!
