Rehydrating Baby Wipes?

I've got a new box of baby wipes (flushable) that dried out. Is there anything I can add to the box to make them usable and smell nice again?

Just add enough water so they feel as moist as they originally did. I do it all the time.

I'm sure rose water will help as well and it does have a faint scent too.
