Reintegrating a Previously Lost Pet?

We have 2, female spayed 1.5 year old cats, they are sisters from the same litter. We also have 2 female Yorki multi poos spayed, one is 2 and one is 3. They are also sisters, same parents, different litter. All four get along great, play together, we all walk together - even the cats, they all sleep with us at night, they love each other and cuddle up together.

Our 1 female went missing for 26 days. She was found 11 kms away and not in very good shape. She has scars all over and lost over 50% of her hair. She had an eye infection and is so scared of everything now.

We have had her back for three weeks now. She is great with me, however still hisses, growls and at times launches at our other 3. We know she has went through a very traumatic experience and she is physically improving every day. However, she is not nice to the others and this is so strange as they were all so close. If anyone has any ideas or advice please let me know. I'm the only one she will communicate with and only when the others are not around. Please help!
