A dermatologist is the doc for you. Before you spend all that money try very warm water on a cloth and just hold it on your face for a few minutes. Ask your local pharmacist about a soap which will help you. The blackheads will eventually go away so don't risk permanent damage by picking at them.
Biore makes strips to remove blackheads, I too have this problem. I use a Biore strip once a week and it does seem to help.
There are many over the counter remedies that work quite well for some skin problems. You can consult a pharmacist first, and she could help you select a product to try. If such products do not help, you can consult your family doctor, who likely has a lot of experience with such a common ailment.
