Remedy for Formica Countertop Stains?

I bought a house with Formica bathroom counters. They have what looks like bleach stains. Has anyone ever tried to dye Formica with clothing dye? My other option is to bleach more areas and make it look like it is intentional.

I doubt it was bleach that caused the stains. I have spilled straight bleach on mine many times with no issue. Sounds more like an acid of some sort got spilled on it. I don't think the formica would take to clothing dye, as it is not porous enough.

Try a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. If that doesn't work, you may have heat stains from curling irons and/or blowdryers. There are paints for Formica you can use to make them look much better.
