My 2 y/o German Shepherd has strong smelly feet. He has been vet checked. There are no problems whatsoever. He spends a lot of time outdoors in fenced in yard. I have washed them constantly to no avail. What can I do to help with them? I am constantly washing his bed covers.

I would be suspicous of your Vets diagnosis. In my long life I have never heard of a dog whose feet smelled for no reason. It is very likely a yeast or other fungal infection. These are easily cured but require prescription medicine from a Vet. I think a new Vet will be able to do what you need.
It's referred to as frito or popcorn feet and my Gsd smells really bad. Only her feet, only raw fed and very healthy. Like some people have odours, so do dogs. Even though she has ACV and coconut oil in her food daily, I'm going to try a vinegar and water soak and hope it thins the smell.
My dogs feet stink also he is a very healthy dog nothing is growing in or on his feet, he just has stinky dog feet I havent found anything to get rid of it and yes he has been to 2 different vets and I was told it just happens some times.
I use Apple Cider Vinegar and warm water in a small tub and dip each paw in it, one at a time. If you use the Apple cider vinegar it will kill off any fungal nasties if they are present and will be very healthy if your dog then licks his paws.
