My kittens are about 2 weeks old and just starting to open their eyes. One kitten (all orange, if that makes a difference) has both eyes crusted shut. I have used a warm cloth to wipe out the crust, but it is now leaking a light colored pus from his eyes. I really have no idea what to do!

Your kittens need antibiotics for this infection. Get them to the Vet right away. This type of infection can cause blindness. It should clear up in a few days with the right medicine.
