Since my blood pressure medication has been increased, it is very important that I don't forget to take it in the morning. For years, when I take my nightly medication, I have been putting my morning medication in this little jar and setting it on the counter where I will see it and remember to take it. Like some other times, it didn't work the other day and it got pushed back and forgotten.
I thought of another solution to help me remember to take it. I set it on two pieces of scrap paper that I use for grocery lists. When I enter the kitchen in the morning, it gets my attention immediately and I go on and take it then.

There are several types of pill containers available at the pharmacy or dollar store. Lots of them have spaces for morning and evening.
Thank you. That's a good idea and I have seen them.
I keep my morning meds in one 7 day pill box and my night meds in another 7 day pill box. It's just easier for me to get my morning meds ready for the next day when I take my night meds.
I forget to take my night meds. I have a digital clock on my TV stand that has an alarm, so when I get my pills ready in the morning, I put the night meds in a small cup and set it beside the clock. Then I set the alarm for 8 PM which happens to be the time that I my pills every night. When the alarm sounds. I turn it off and then immediately turn it back on for the following night. My blood pressure is better since I now remember to take them on time.
