Help! I've been looking online for a replacement remote for a Sunbeam Therapeutic Mattress Pad. Does anyone have a clue where I can get one?

Have you lost/misplaced/damaged your remote and know that it cannot be repaired?
Since you do not give the size - twin, double, queen, king, dual king - or model number all we can do is give some suggestions.
eBay is always the best source for used remotes - if that is what you're looking for.

You can try contacting Sunbeam but most likely they will refer you to a store/shop that is located in your area and not many of these sell remotes; especially if it is an older model.
If there is any question about this you should try to see if you can figure out how to get it going again.
Here is my suggestion:
First: You cannot use a surge protector.
To reset it; controls turned to off; unplug cord from the wall, then unplug the controller from the heating pad. Wait 5-10 minutes, then plug the controller back into the heating pad and then into the wall. Sometimes this will reset it.
If you have trouble finding information you can look on the back of the controller; you should find a label showing numbers and brand.
These numbers should be what you need to find the correct remote. Sometimes there is a number to call for problems. If one is there then call it for help.

The Sunbeam site has a link to search for parts but I went to the site and could not find anything relating to Sunbeam bedding, mattress pad, remote, but you may have better luck if you find your model number.

I have ordered a controller part from EBay it is not working I have tried over and over again to reach them with no avail, how can you sell to the public and can not be available.
