Cleaning a stain on leather.
Step 1
Sprinkle baking soda or cornstarch on the stain.
Step 2
Rub gently with a damp cloth.
Step 3
Dip a cotton ball in nail polisher remover blot on over the stain.
Step 4
Then scrub with a tooth brush and paste.
Will rubbing alcohol work instead of nail polish remover?

Step 1
Use paper towels to absorb as much moisture as possible.
Step 2
Put a small amount of toothpaste on a damp toothbrush and gently brush into stain.
Step 3
Wipe off the toothpaste with a clean damp cloth.
Step 4
Put full-strength vinegar on a clean cloth. Wring it out.
Step 5
Wipe the entire surface of the shoe.
Step 6
Allow to dry.
Step 7
Put on a leather cream. Let sit 20 minutes.
