I've tried everything to get commercial flooring clean of scuff marks from heavy postal carts being rolled across the floors in the post office where I work. Nothing works. How do I get them up? Help, please.

Try the Mr. Clean Magic erasers. There are generic versions of this available as well. I hope this works for you. (11/19/2009)

Try some Spick and Span with a non scratching soap pad. Non scratching pads are available at any super market. 3M is one brand that makes those kind of pads. (11/20/2009)

At the local big box stores, they use a tennis ball on a stick to rub off scuff marks. (11/20/2009)

You also might try Simple Green, it works on all grease spots for me. It is my go to answer. If you use it you need to use a light solution such as dish soap afterward as Simple Green is an oil base and will leave an oil residue. Hence don't use it on carpet or fabric unless you can wash it out afterward.. (11/21/2009)

Have you tried a regular pencil eraser? (11/21/2009)
Mr Clean Magic eraser is the first thing that I would try. Works on almost everything and with not a lot of effort. (11/24/2009)

Try lighter fluid or Goo Gone, I use either one of these to get black scuff marks off my tile floors in my house. Just pour a little on a rag and rub, presto mark is going. (11/26/2009)
