I have an off white entertainment center that has brown rings, sadly I don't remember sitting anything on it that would have caused them. How do I get rid of them? Thank you.

Try a Mister Clean Magic Eraser in an inconspicuous spot to make sure no paint is removed. Then you know it will be safe to use on the rings.
Rubbing alcohol (hand sanitizer also), wood shining, or Mr. Clean magic eraser. These are the top three.
It would be helpful to know what material your furniture is, and whether it looks like these are stains from something that dripped, or scorch marks, or other discoloration.
I know that I have had great luck getting random stains out of carpets, clothes, and some surfaces with plain old hydrogen peroxide.
It is a Broyhill entertainment center. If you can notice in the picture that one of the circles looks like whatever made the mark was hanging off the edge. The center has never been taken apart for a can or anything else to leave that mark. So it's almost like the markers a leeching from under the paint over time...I've tried everything that everyone has mentioned so far but no luck!
Dawn, toothpaste or softs crub? If they don't come up, I would try going over them with either white shoe polish or white correction fluid.
