After I laundered my bath towel with a stain of Coke and the other one had mud on it, the stains remains on there. How should I remove it or what are the ingredients to remove it?

If you put it in the dryer, you may have set the stain. If not, use a stain removal product and wash again.
If this are white towels (I would not do this with colors as it may bleach the color), you can try a homemade oxi concoction of 1 cup regular hydrogen peroxide, 1 cup of baking soda and 2 cups of water and pour it over the stains. Let it soak for about 20 minutes, then massage a few drops of Dawn Dish liquid (the regular simple blue kind) into the stains and let it sit 20 more minutes, then squeeze out the water, and wash again in the machine with your regular detergent.
A lot of people use some form of Oxi Clean with white and light colored clothes with every wash. I'm not a big fan but most say to run a small load in your washer and add 1/2 cup Oxi Clean along with your stained clothes.
Wash for a few minutes and let soak overnight. Fill washer next day and launder as normal. Check for stains before placing in dryer.
I love to place my clothes outside in the sunshine and keep a stain area damp/wet for a day or even two days (overnight outside will also help as dew helps when the sun hits it).
