Removing Dog Urine from Wooden Table Legs?

Recently I adopted a new dog, he's been great except for having a habit of scent marking the base of the legs of our coffee and end tables. He's done it so much that the wood has been absorbing the urine and it's now been wicked into the wood itself. How can I get the smell out of the wood as well as neutralizing the scent enzymes so that he won't keep going back and marking it again?

You should clean the area immediately with a dry cloth. Now apply a solution of 1/2 vinegar and 1/2 water to the area. While it is still wet rub some baking soda into the solution you have applied to the table.

I have had very good luck with a product called Fizzion. I normally have to go online to buy it. It is best to use it on spots where you have not used other chemicals and cleaners.

I have never had it fail.
