I bought a white and blue striped shirt and forgot that a brand new pair of dark blue jeans were in the wash with it. I have the shirt soaking in Oxi Clean and water overnight. Is there something else that I can use to make the white parts of my shirt white while keeping my blue stripes blue? And what temp for washing is better in these situations? Warm, cold, hot? I can't believe I ruined a brand new shirt.

You needed to soak your shirt several times until the stains disappear, and only then wash. If the stains have not disappeared, then soak again with a new portion of oxi clean.
Read the clothing label to check what temperatures are safe for washing your shirt.
You can also try rewashing it using a color catcher sheet.
But if this is an expensive brand shirt, then I would advise you to go to the professional dry cleaner as soon as possible, not forgetting to tell the circumstances of the stains.
You're probably trying a good solution but when you remove it check to see how much dye remains - you may have to soak more times. I would use fresh water. Do not place in dryer until you are very sure all unwanted color is gone.
As clarification:
A color catcher/dye catcher is for using when you wash different color clothes as it is supposed to 'catch' any loose dyes in the wash water to keep what happened to your clothes from happening.
'Color run remover' is to be used in your case to remove the color run.

I think you're doing the right thing by using an oxygen-based product. It might take 2 overnight soaks to work!
I almost always toss a "dye catcher" into every load....just in case something leaches color while washing. You can find them in the laundry products section. After your Oxi-clean soaks, try washing in cool water with the dye catcher.
You can try soaking it in an Oxyclean type product in very hot water overnight.
You could try adding a cup of distilled white vinegar to a bowl of cold water and soaking the stained area. Also some cleaning steps - www.wikihow.com/
