Anti-theft dye exploded on a pair baseball pants after purchasing them. What will take that dye/ink out of the pants?

Soak the pants overnight in a 5 gallon pail of hot water to which you have added 2 T each hydrogen peroxide and dishwasher detergent powder. Wash as usual in the morning.
If the store failed to remove the dye device, take it and your receipt back. They should replace them.

You can return them for a new pair. The device should have been removed
It will be almost impossible to remove this dye as it is industrial strength dye designed to keep someone from using an item when it is not removed properly.
