My housecleaners used my Bona furniture polish to clean my wood floors. Now we are slip sliding all over the place! You should see our poor dog. What do I do to fix it?

There are two things. Just to tame the product, use a clean mop...yes, they say not to use mop on wood floors, but I ALWAYS mop mine and after 10 yes, they are still pretty, shiny, & clean! (Just wring it out well) With the clean mop, mop the floor with water and a little dawn dishwashing liquid. Then rinse mop well, and go back over it with plain clean water.
If you want to remove the product completely, use 1/4-1/2 cup of clear ammonia in your mop bucket with hot water. Be sure to wring the mop well, mop a 3-4 foot square, then rinse mop. Go to the next square and repeat. Be sure to change the water when it starts to get dirty. Its a pain, and strong smelling, but it gets any film off of hardwood floors. It took 3 hours to get a film off of mine from using a wood floor "cleaner"! Now I mop with ammonia once every month or two to remove everything.
