Try a product called Nok-Out. You can get it on Amazon.
This can be a big problem if in a confined area - like your car so try to keep the area well ventilated until the gasoline and the smell is gone.
I got it out of our farm truck upholstery by using the carpet shampooer with a small amount of dawn and oxyclean.
mixing vinegar and baking soda seems the best option. Both on their own have great anti smell properties, but mixed together they form a small explosion/chemical reaction that battles the chemicals present in the gasoline
