Try the Magic Eraser or Barkeepers Friend.
Barkeepers friend works. Here's a forum on it here on ThriftyFun:

The easiest way I have found is to use Baking Soda. Sprinkle the baking soda on the plate and use a damp sponge to scrub the mark.
Corelle dinnerware and cooking dishes have been popular for many years and sometimes they do get scratches and marks that do not look very nice.
Here is a link with very good instructions on taking care of this type of dishes. I use this with other brands of dishes when needed. I also love Barkeeper's Friend and Magic Eraser.

Bar Keepers Friend works miracles on this type of problem, especially combined with a Mr.Clean Magic Eraser. These are 2 of my FAVORITE cleaning tools!!
Try using lemon and salt with a green scrubber. Try sitting it in the sun for a couple of days then wash.
