I'm at the office so limited supplies are available. How can I get nail polish off my linen skirt? Will nail polish remover take the colour out of the skirt?

Things You'll Need
Acetone
White cloth
Pre-wash stain remover
Instructions
1
Apply a small drop of the acetone to a hidden spot on the fabric to make sure the linen is colorfast.
2
Lay a piece of white cloth or a paper towel underneath the fabric where the nail polish stain is located to avoid transferring the stain to the work surface or to another section of the linen.
3
Apply acetone-based nail polish remover to a clean white cloth and sponge the acetone over the nail polish stain. The stain should begin to lift and be absorbed by the white cloth. Repeat the process using fresh acetone and clean spots on the cloth until the stain is gone.
