Step 1
First spray with hair spray to loosen the stain.
Step 2
Then use water, dish soap, and white vinegar.
Step 3
Apply with a cloth and scrub the material togetherwith your hands.
Step 4
Rinse.
Try hairspray on a hidden spot. If it doesn't discolor, it should take the marks off your jacket.
