You might try a "Magic Eraser". But test it first, as it might scratch the plastic.

Or you might try the cleaner for the dry erase boards. I don't know if this will work or not, though. I've never tried it on permanent marker. I know that acetone will take it off, but it also melts plastic. (08/26/2009)
