My sister drew so many lines on my study table with permanent marker. I tried many ways to remove them, but it is not working. The study table was painted with red and white colour. The mark is on the red colour. Please help.
Take a bit of regular toothpaste (avoid the gel kind).
Apply the toothpaste directly onto the marker stain.
Rub the toothpaste using a damp rag. ...
Rinse the rag you used with water and rub the wood surface until the toothpaste is no longer visible.
Excellent helpful hint. My husband was so mad the grandkids got permanent marker on our oak dining room table - tried the toothpaste and it worked!!! Thanks so very much!
The toothpaste did the trick for us. Permanent marker accidently bled through from a child's drawing on our conference room table.
It worked for me too! Just a little white toothpaste and water took black sharpie off my new oak table! Thank you everyone!
oh my gosh nail polish remover or acid tone . it works like magic
