First: since you are trying to remove marks from red, be very careful (gentle) as any kind of red is subject to fading, so do not use strong solutions and rub gently.
Some of the things that I have used (most will work but some things work differently on different materials).
Most solutions work best with the solution on a clean cloth and gentle rubbing - in small areas to make sure the solution is safe to use.
Magic Marker
White or gum erasers (not pink)
WD-40 - on white cloth - after cleaning, wash with soap & water to remove WD-40
Toothpaste - white non-gel toothpaste (one containing baking soda is best).
Try wet cleaning with homemade bounce house cleaner:
3 parts water to 1 part vinegar, to which youll add a sensible amount of bleach-free dish soap, for example original Dawn dish soap (its used to clean animals in oil spills).
Apply the homemade bounce house cleaner to dirty areas, then scrub using a soft bristle brush, a sponge, or a rag, but be careful not to scuff the vinyl.
Then rinse thoroughly with a garden hose or a power washer, but only on its lowest setting, because power washers can damage the vinyl so be extra careful.

Rubber, both natural and synthetic, reacts with the chemicals found in vinyl and causes staining. Heat from sunlight and the friction causes this chemical reaction, so you may need specialty cleaners, but always test it on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure it doesnt damage the vinyl of your bounce house.
I would try a magic eraser. The knockoff is fine.
There are two types of bounce houses: commercial bounce houses and residential bounce houses. The common commercial bounce houses are normally made of vinyl, residential bounce houses are generally made of different densities of nylon or polyester oxford.
I think your bouncy castle is made of vinyl. A tennis ball can remove rubber marks off a vinyl floor
