You can try to soak a cloth with hair spray and wipe it over your hair. This should pick up the color and remove it from your hair. Just keep soaking the cloth with hair spray and whipping it down your hair to remove the sharpie color in your hair.
You could try putting isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) on a rag and drawing the rag down one section of hair at a time. I have used rubbing alcohol successfully many times to remove Sharpie ink from hard surfaces.
Removing sharpie begins with a really good hair spray. Take a dry clothe and spray a good amount into it. Then take colored sections and clamp colored places with clothe, pull through(like using a flat iron). Repeat if needed!
