A fox deposited his poo on my doorstep which is white PVC. I picked up the poo, but it has left a stain.

I have you tried spraying a bleach water solution on it or using soft scrub? That would be what I would do.

Try a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. That gets a lot of stains out. I have also had luck with Soft Scrub.
