You can try nail polish remover on a cotton ball, but do not let it touch your lips or skin. If that doesn't work, you may have to shave. Super glue is a tough to remove. Post back with an update.
Nail polish remover- here are the steps : Pour nail polish remover into a (white) cloth folded in half. Saturate cloth, take each section of hair and run the cloth over.
If nail polish remover does not work, try rubbing alcohol. Be sure to condition it with some sort of oil afterwards.
Like others have said the only way I know to get super glue off of anything is with nail polish remover. I would be very careful if I were you and try not to level this too long on the hair.
