What will get rid of the yellowing on the wallpaper in the bathroom around the sinks? I have tried CLR, Dawn, Lysol, Grandma's Keeper, and soap and water. What would you suggest?

Try baking soda.
First of all, do not use any abrasive cleaner as it may damage your wallpaper and remove some of the protective coating.
Use only soft cloths when wiping your walls.
Several things to try but I would suggest you use only one type at a time and give each try at least 30 minutes to see if it works.
Keep lots of clean cloths and fresh rinsing water near by.
Add 1/4 cup white vinegar to one cup of water (if it works you can always make more).
Add 1/4 cup chlorine bleach to one cup water (always test a small spot with a Q-Tip before using any type of bleach).
Add 1 tablespoon ammonia to one cup water
(be sure to have good ventilation when using all types of cleaners but especially with ammonia and/or bleach).
It is always recommended to have good ventilation and wear gloves when using any of these products.
Always wring cloths almost dry before using (never wet/wet) and wipe gently as wallpaper is not really very tough.
Use clear clean water with fresh cloths to rinse off every type of cleaner and especially when going to another product.
I tried The Works, Peroxide, Talcum powder mixed with baking soda, whiting washing powder mixed with water and made into a paste, nothing worked.
Different types of wallpaper may react differently and sometimes age will also cause problems.
You may have permanent damage but did you try using the bleach method?
