Removing a Spot of Toothpaste on Clothes?

We have all done it and it is most annoying. While brushing your teeth you notice (or watch it fall) a tiny dot that has dripped onto your shirt. I get frustrated cleaning/wiping and blotting it off due to the fact that toothpaste for some reason is flipping hard to remove. Anyone?

I brush my teeth before I get dressed, for this reason! And, if I come home for lunch and brush them before i go back to work, I sometimes cover up by tucking a towel in. You can blot it off with a washcloth then dry the spot the washcloth leaves with a blow dryer in a pinch.

Warm water and nylon net will get it out.
