Soapy detergent made for cars will get this off and not mess up the paint !
You could try mild detergent. You can also call an auto dealership and ask what they recommend.
Do not use any household detergents on your car. Try car soap and water to try to wash the area. Or visit your local auto store and see what products available or ask the sales associates for their recommendation.
Oh no! That looks icky and sticky. I would leave it to the dealer to remove. It is too easy to scratch the paint. Post back with an update.
