I have an ivory Corian sink with a brass faucet. I need to replace the faucet, but there is now a greenish stain around the old faucet base. I am not sure if it is cleaner buildup or calcium or?
Most new faucet bases are smaller and I need to remove stain. I have tried Bartender's Friend and Scotch Brite pads, but no luck.
Thanks for any suggestions!

Try a Magic Eraser. The knockoffs will work, too.
There is also a product that is called CLR it removes hard water stains ,lime deposits, rust and mildew!
Try little bleach on a toothbrush and gently brush it off
I have found that WD40 works great on stains like this. You can also use it in your toilet bowl to remove the ring stains there. Just spray some WD40 on the area and allow it to sit for several hours.
