Repairing Air Mattress Seal?

My electric air mattress was in the box for a year. It inflated with no issue. About 15 minutes later, air began leaking around where the plastic pieces attached to the fabric of the mattress. Is it possible to restore the seal where the fabric attaches to the hardware? If so, what would I use. Thank you.

New mattresses lose air the first few times. Air mattresses need to "stretch" after they are bought. You should fill the air mattress and leave it in a temperature-controlled room for a day, or at least 8 hours.
Re-inflate your mattress and confirm that there is a leak.

If the leak around the plastic pieces still occurs, then
I think this will be problematic to fix, as these places are not easy to patch. I advise you to put sealant around the plastic pieces.

Air mattress manufacturers usually offer a one year guarantee against defects, so the warranty period has most likely already expired, check it. If leaking happened during the warranty period contact the manufacturer and they will send you another one.

I would make sure the warranty has not expired yet. If it is still under warranty and you try to fix it yourself, you may void it.

If it is not under warranty, contact the company and ask if they have replacement seals.

There are hundreds of YouTube videos and online suggestions on how to find and fix/repair an air mattress but I did not find one that addressed your problem. However, I did not completely read every link so someone may have found a good site.

I would suggest locating the brand information on the box/tags/paperwork and contacting the company. I feel sure they will be able to help you with information on repairs. They should provide you with what type of product to use that is compatible with your mattress.
They may have a patch kit available.
A picture of the problem area would help make sure they know exactly what you're talking about.

If the warranty ended, then you might buy a patch kit and repair the leaking.
Cut a patch;
fully delate the mattress to remove any air;
apply glue to the area and let it become tacky, then attach the patch;

let it fully dry.

I think you need to confirm that there is a leak (spray soapy water), sometimes a new mattress that hasnt had the chance to fully expand will lose airm re-inflate and see if the same situation occurs.

There are air mattress patch kits that you can purchase.
You might make your own patch from a shower or pool liner or any thin plastic material.
Be sure to make your own patch big enough so that it completely covers the leaky area and actually overlaps it to ensure air tightness.
Use super glue, gorilla glue, contact or rubber cement, or even epoxy adhesive. Do not let the tip of the glue gun make contact, otherwise, you will melt the air mattress and have a big hole.
