My cat put scratches on my banana leaf chairs and they are hard to get off. Any suggestions?

You can use a wax stick scratch remover to hide the scratches
I am not seeing the scratches. Maybe it is just me.
I had outdoor chairs years ago that were a cane type material. I found jute that matched it, and fixed holes caused by sun damage. It took a thick needle and thimbles, but it worked.
Maybe something like that could help if they separated the fibers.
Maybe different photos would help me understand the challenge a little better. I apologize if I am being dense.
If you look at the chair, one side is rougher than the other. This is where the cat scratched.
I don't think there is any way to repair the banana leaves now, they would have to be replaced. And that might be expensive unless you do it yourself. I wouldn't have the skills to attempt something like that myself.
Good luck!
I have the same issue, did you find anything to revive and fix your chairs?
