Hello! We just bought this trailer and was able to open and close before leaving the sellers property. I have NO idea what happened but it is now stuck in an UP position. The crank will not turn.
I watched as my daughter turned the crank clockwise (clicking noise) I'm not entirely sure she kept doing that as the top was already up. :( I was unable to crank it in either direction.
Help! I'm actually trying to find a repair guy but that's proving impossible for some reason. Thanks in advance

You may have to try and ask your question on one of the camper pop-up forums as most suggestions online do not appear to be about your problem.
Perhaps you could contact some of the RV service shops and ask if they can put you in contact with a Coleman pop-up service person. Most of these shops know who is working where.
