As a landlord, I can tell you the patch kits for fiberglass don't hold up very long. You can find them in home centers such as Lowe's. You would be better off getting a new liner for it or a new shower. It will leak and rot out the floor below it.
You need to get a new shower floor. The old one will leak and cause more damage.
