Is it leaking from the dispenser or from the dirty water tank? I would empty it and check for cracks.

Make sure the feeder tubes are connected and there are no gaps.

Put the name/make/model of your shampooer in Google with "leaks water all over" and you will most likely find several questions/answers from people who have had the same problem. It is very rare that "we" are having problems that no one else has had.

It probably needs a good cleaning (lines and all) as soap does become gooey and can stop things up. Maybe a good cleaning with vinegar (no shampoo) pumped through would do the trick.

The clean water tank on the Bissell cleaner we have leaks from the gasket on the lower side of the tank. How are we supposed to fix the gasket if we can't even get to it ?
