I own an electronic typewriter - Nakajima AE640 - which I bought in the UK. When I last used it it was working fine. I tried to use it again today and it comes out completely different from what I type.
Numbers 123 etc. come out as y-,1340562.X% on the first line of the keyboard. Qwerty etc. come out as rz;etc and the 3rd line of the keyboard comes out as: luphox!MK7.
Is this something that can be fixed and can I do it myself? It seems that the
daisywheel is not sitting correctly.
I would be grateful for some help.
Many thanks.

Here is a link to download the manual for your typewriter. I know there is a way to reset these devices if the daisywheel is off and the letters are not typing correctly. I am not finding it right away in the manual when I try to skim through the book.
