On my Pfaff Creative vision 5.5 part no. 413007301 (fetcher upper thread) fell off. Could you please advise how to re-install and to where it goes?

I recently broke my vacuum cleaner, I went to YouTube, typed in the make, model and word repair and a video showed me how to fix it. I am not mechanical but it was pretty easy to follow Maybe there is video to repair your machine!
This is a very good machine and usually has very good support so try asking for their help first.
Just in case you do not have a manual you can download one from here: (This is the best manual that I have ever found for a machine.)
