Repairing a Scratch in Linoleum Flooring?

I have a light scratch in the linoleum flooring in the hallway of my building. How can I fix it? It is about 4 feet long, not deep, not wide, slightly worse than a superficial scratch. Thank you.

A simple way is to get some linoleum dust from under the flooring or buy a piece of linoleum similar to the one you have. Mix the dust with glue. Now apply the mixture to the scratched area with a putty knife. Press the paste into the scratch and let it set. This normally takes 24 to 48 hours for the past to completely dry.

You can fill it with hot glue.
