I hit a needle and it is now not sewing.
Also my tension is not working right. How much is the board that I would need to have a new tension cost and how much would the total repair be approximately.

If the machine actually threw a rod then it will need to be taken into the repair shop to replace this part. It could be a belt that has broken and what you are hearing is it flapping around and the rod in the macine not turning correctly. You can try to take the machine apart and see what piece has broken inside the machine.
