At the end of this very old user manual is a list of locations for servicing. Perhaps one near you is still open. sevenels.net/.../Smith-CoronaPortablesManual.pdf

I have seen where small town hardware, appliance, or even sewing shops may know of a repair person for typewriters. Good luck on your search :)
