Repairing a Sofa Sleeper Joint?

Recently, I had a rivet break on one of the joints that puts the top of the bed up into the couch. Any suggestions on how to replace/fix it?

You can affix pieces of plywood with nails to the broken part. This sort of thing happens all the time.

You can a buy a rivetor and rivets in the craft department at walmart, or at a hobby lobby or michaels. Lowe's or Home Depot may also sell them that are more heavy duty.
