I have a dusty rose denim jacket that has light stains on it. They look to be like bleach and Oxiclean, some of them are light blue, and grease. Can I use a Rit color remover and then use a Rit color dye to re-dye the coat?

Bleach removes the color from clothes and it is almost impossible to remove this stain. If you want to dye this jacket again I would suggest this:
Materials:
Clear alcohol - gin or vodka
A cotton wool ball
Step 1
Apply a swig of alcohol to your cotton wool ball.
Step 2
You can either hold the damaged area or lay it flat and use the cotton wool ball to rub the stain and area around the stain. The garment's original color will start to spread into the bleached stain.
Step 3
Remove as much of the stained area as possible using steps 1 and 2.
Step 4
Buy your denim dye and dye your jacket again.
Soak in bleach to remove colour. Use rit dye to put colour back. Use 2 boxes of dye.
